Ensure the accurate recording of all assets and liabilities, revenues and expenses, maintains and adapts the chart of accounts as required to meet budgeting, accounting, and reporting internal and external requirements. Study the financial statements of the organization and compare actual outcome with the planned results. Note the variations and give suggestions to the management of the organization to reduce these deviations. Work with tax authority in case of statutory tax audit and with audit companies BIG 4 for annual statutory audit and transfer pricing issues. Wide experience of successful tax audits and challenge decisions of tax authorities, filing appeals to the higher tax authorities with successful results. Prepare corporate accounting and tax policies accordingly to RAS and the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, implementation of internal control, policies and procedures. Prepare financial presentation materials for top management, local authorities and shareholders. Supervise the corporate cash flow and forecasting for month, months, year, assist in preparing the business plan for years, all local and foreign currency payments control and authorization. Make monthly salary for all employees and providing advance salary, payroll taxes calculation based on the current legislation, reports to Social funds and local authorities.
