Assist in the development of quality-related initiatives to support IMS, which includes the development of quality management policies and procedures. Assist on the Operations Risk Management activities. Conduct consulting work with employees in regards to IMS Assist with the development of user training manuals and training plans for company quality initiatives. Provide routine briefings on the status of quality related activities in the office . Will be an audit team member and will ensure the audit process is valid and effective. Participate in the Corrective and Preventive Action (CPA) Meetings with the Client. Assist Area Superintendents with corrective action follow-up. Participate in Global Quality Teleconference calls. Supervise document control coordinator in the office Abide by Company policies and procedures. Filled in for Rig Superintendent • Planned, arranged and executed Pre-Start rig inspection: Electrical systems assessment, CAT generators, Draw work, Gantry cranes and Air system pressure vessels inspection. • Participated in Mast lay down and CAT 4 Inspection planning. 2017 • Planned and executed rig equipment trucking from WHS to Well Site (4 loads with weight more than 40T, 15 loads with weight 20-35 T, 148 loads with weight less than 20T) • Coordinated Rig preparation for RTN commissioning, coordinated third party inspections: MPI, pressure tests, load tests • Rig 270 Drilling Campaign - Interviewed and hired national drill crew personnel (except expatriates ADs and Drillers), national mechanics electricians, and rolling stock operators. 2016 • Orlan Platform Warm Stack maintenance arranged and successfully performed Drag chain hoses replacement. Participated in Orlan Choke and Kill manifold gaskets replacement. • Rig 270 Onshore Rig Choke and Kill manifold 5 years OEM Inspection and Recertification by Cameron - Planned, arranged and successfully performed in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk in timely manner, with total cost lower than budgeted.
