Managing of Civil, Steel Structure, Piping, Mechanical, Coating and Insulation activities on site

Managing the civil activities on site (well pads expansion), full quantity control of civil activities

- Planning and work organization; analysis, approvals and coordination of construction completion schedules. - Control the dates of release of necessary design documentation, material delivery dates. - Analysis / review of technical proposal such as manpower / equipment mobilization plan, method statement, value engineering strategy - Design verification. - Providing technical advice and solving problems on site - Organizing and conducting of daily and weekly Construction meetings with contractors and the Client. - Acceptance of executed works, as-built documentations. - Daily and weekly Reporting to Company Management on the progress, areas of concern and mitigating actions. - Coordination of Supervisors activities on site. - Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation were respected.

- Organization and control of early and civil works complex, carried out by contractors (approx. staff – up to 300 pers.) - Construction of worker's Camp and Offices; - Earthworks, piling, foundations, concrete works; Steel structure installation, pipe and cable racks assembling, and different type of skids installation – Construction Supervising and Quality control.

- Organization and control of civil and structural works complex, carried out by contractors (approx. staff – 400 pers.) on oil wells pads, existing CPF (central processing facilities) - backfilling, foundations, piles, steel structures, roads and driveways construction. Extension and modernization of CPF. CPF maintenance. - Checking of site preparation, verification of compliance with necessary requirements in safety and environmental protection, permit to works approving. - Monitoring and analysis of construction schedules. - Daily and weekly reporting. - Acceptance of executed works, as-built documentation. - Work on PTW system (permit to work), SIMOPS system (simultaneous execution of production operations, maintenance and construction). - Work experience in conditions of the Far North beyond the Polar Circle.

- Managing of the complex of construction works performed by contractors (approx. staff – 450 pers.) at the new construction of the main oil pipeline (25”, 30 km), two facilities of oil pipelines modernization (20”, 30 km and 17 km), oil terminal reconstruction, partly repairing of existing oil pipeline (25”, 210 km) ~180 replacement sections. - Planning and work organization; analysis, approvals and coordination of construction completion schedules. - Acceptance of executed works. - Management of pipe hydro testing, cleaning and gauging activities. - Monitoring of implementation of pre-commissioning, commissioning and launching of facilities into operation. - Preparation and reporting to Company Management on the progress, areas of concern and mitigating actions. - Organizing and conducting of meetings with contractors. - Work in the system of JSC "AK "Transneft”.

Villas turnkey construction

- Supervision directly on site over works on closing of last client punch-list comments of the main pipeline, 9 BVS and Receiving Gas Terminal - Piping, Civil, Mechanical and E&I activities. Positions: Mechanical, Piping and Civil Site Superintendent. (09.2010 till 05.2011) - Material ordering and handling. - Supervision of contractors (approx. staff - 120 pers.) activities on site. - Supervision of the process performing the most difficult and critical structures on site: construction of foundations with the installation of internal communications (metering and reduction of gas), supporting foundations (under the gas heater columns), erection of two Gas Heaters (height 42m), piping. - Work with the punch-list. Final site handover to client. Position: Site-Engineer. (04.2010 till 09.2010) - Field Engineering activities and supervision on main Gas Pipeline construction, BVS, access roads, fences. - Pipe stress analyses. - Discussion of points at issue with the Client (Dolphin Energy Limited), obtaining approval and making solutions directly at the construction site. - If required, I made some suggestions on design changes for rational reduction of work completion time, working expenses and financing charges for pipeline construction. At completion of pipeline and BVS construction, I was transferred to the position of Mechanical and Civil Superintendent at the Receiving Gas Terminal "Taweelah”.

- Design supervision. Construction site Quality Control. - Coordination of Construction activities, Engineering Dept. activities. Materials ordering and handling.

- Managing of Contractor's activities: construction of worker's camp; pipeline welding yard; temporary and permanent access roads and bridges; ROW preparation; pipeline welding, trenching, ballasting and lowering; Rivers, roads and Tectonic Faults Crossings; pipeline tie-ins; arrangement of valve sites; pipeline electrochemical protection; anti-erosion, earth movement and banks protection activities - Managing of Field Design Department, Surveying Department and Document Control Department (Approx. staff – 15 pers.). - Issuing of river and road crossing drawings, necessary design corrections and obtaining of Client’s approval (Sakhalin Energy) - Performing pipe stress analyses by visual inspection, simplified methods, and by review of computer model - Managing of pipe hydro-testing, cleaning and gauging activities. - Control of preparation and issuing of as-built data and drawings. - Leasing and overseeing works with local Regulatory Authorities Rostechnadzor.

- Managing construction activities of high fishing category watercourse crossings - Preparation of layouts and Method Statements (PPR) for high fishing category watercourse crossings with oil and gas pipelines, supervision of these activities on site. Cooperation with local Fishing Authority inspectors, third party inspectors (MOODY and SpetsNefteGas). Got the Design and Method Statements approved by Client. - Issuing of as-built documentation - Supervised environmental crew (slope stabilization activities, rivers bank protection – gabions, reno-mats, technical and biological land reclamation). - Supervised of earthworks crew (construction of temporary and permanent access roads, ROW preparation, trenching and backfilling), coating and lowering crews. Achievements: Started with the position of Foreman, and then was promoted to Engineer after 3 months.

Supervision of masons team, welders, earthworks crews. (Approx. staff – 15 pers.). Site Quality Control.

Design, construction, repair and maintenance of oil and gas pipelines, oil and gas storages, Engineer. Translation of the diploma, certified in the UAE consulate, is available.
