Joint owner and executive manager of self-service store.
From the very start (till the store began functioning), my duties mostly included though were not limited to following activities:
- planning, developing, financing, and keeping financial records and control over implementation on all stages.
- building reconstruction for a future self-service store.
- interior and shop front design.
- search and identification of best vendors to obtain all necessary equipment for a self-service store proper functioning.
- signing corresponding contracts and expediting the cargo.
- planning, implementing, testing and tuning a fire alarm, intrusion protection system, video surveillance and computer network.
As the store began to function I took over some more functions, like documenting and preparing financial reports for tax administration, regular obtaining necessary licenses, paying taxes. Selection, training and managing staff members (12 persons total). Computer network control and support at all times.

Achievements:
I completed whatever task appeared to keep UTair helicopters (four MI-8MTs, eight MI-8MTVs and two MI-26s) fully operational, meaning staff and equipment at all times.
Responsibilities:
I controlled the contract execution from our company’s side and made sure UNO representatives (the freighter) were executing their part of the contract.
I was to provide:
weekly information and security report on the situation in the country and place of crew location, helicopter flight hours, amount of cargo and passengers delivered, fuel consumption, monthly financial expenses reports, political analysis and perspectives.
meals, accommodation and medical care, if needed, for all crew members, provision procurement, keeping up-to-date rotation of crew members, i.e. meeting at local airport and sending crew members back to Russia, making sure all documents and licenses are valid, including visas. Also I arranged helicopter spare parts getting sent to Russia and received new ones together with its custom clearance.
