Resposible for all the technical KPIs of the Orenburg branch: RAN Rollout (Network design, site acquisition, civil works, Installation and integration), maintenance, OPEX and CAPEX budget control, transmission, b2b projects, sites rent, sites external power supply, agreements and contracts control.

Working on the Customer side. RAN Rollout flow control of two branches: Baskortostan Republic and Orenburg Region, managing the SPIRE Project (Vimpelcom tower infrastructure deal) on 21 Vimpelcom branches of Ural and Volga regions: preparation and checkung techical documentation regarding to deal.

FTK works on Single RAN SWAP project for Vimpelcom (Beeline). Responsible for the all Rollout activities in my region (Bashkortostan Republic): sites surveys, work orders issuing, HW equipment and materials lists creation, site integrations, and acceptance: site visits, clean-up, PAC&FAC signing. Starting from 2017 additionally I've been responsible for 15 FSO Ericsson installation teams. The project was sucsessfully completed in 2020, totally we made SWAP on 900 sites. In 2019 my region has been audited twice: external (Ernst&Young) and internal. Audits were related to OHS and both generally were successful. In 2020 I took in managing 10 regions in Ericsson SWAP Microwave project, and completed works in 300 hops.

Working as a customer at MTS company. The main responsibility is to coordinate work orders creating for contractors and final acceptance of completed works. Mostly there are orders for periodical works of technical maintenance of towers, gensets, sector antennas and microwaves but also my responsibility is to count the scope and issuing the work orders for some immediate works on sites if any alarms happened; and manage the contractors to complete the works in agreed period. Works could appear cause of landlord's (owner's) requirements. Also I am managing all the payments for contractors for works which were completed.

Working as a Customer in MPT-KSGM project. MPT - Myanmar Post and Telecom - the main Telecom. provider in Myanmar. The main responsibility is a customer acceptance of Full Turn Key (new towers built), Existing Upgrade/Expansion sites from Huawei and ZTE vendors. Acceptance of Full Turn Key sites included acceptance of Civil Work, Telecom Implementation, AC power, DC power, Diesel Generator, Fiber Optic/Microwave parts. In the same time I have been managing of Existing Upgrade (3G BTS adding on existing 2G sites)/Expansion(capacity boards adding/sofrware upgrade on existing 2G/3G sites) rollout process starting from Techical Site Servey Reports, design and drawings validation, equipment delivery, site constructing, transmission creating and on air announcing till the final acceptance. Also I am familiar with Huawei U2000 and NetEco remote monitoring systems. Each site must be checked remotely in U2000 (24 hour statistics) before on air announcing.

Supervision of subcontractors during new sites building. Site commissioning, software configuring of Ericsson WCDMA, LTE 6601, 6201 NideB/eNodeB. Microwave equipment (Omnibas, E-Band) commissioning and configuring. New sites serveys, permits receiving, negotiations with communal and municipal services for the ground digging and construction works for new telecom. poles installation. Implementation of ambitious construction projects, start–up of new cellular communication sites. Starting from May 2012 - Managing of sites acceptance processes in Tatarstan Republic. Solving of conflicts with the customer within the terms of the signed contract. After Porject in Kazan had finished I've participated in projects in Krasnodar, Moscow, Tyumen. During my working at ZAO «Ericsson Corporatia AO» I configureded (parameter settings and BS commissioning) more than 80 3G NodeB and more that 70 LTE eNodeB. More than 500 sites were fully delivered to the customer (CW/TI/Transmission parts) including all the required documentation acceptance: to more than 200 existing sites 3G equipment were added, more than 200 new sites were built, including rooftops and new greenfield sites based on 26 meter height telecom. poles SK-26.
