The monthly revenue is RUB 400+ mln. I manage a team of 13 managers, 5 are in our head office and 8 in our regional bracnhes. MTS has 2500 employees I report directly to the General Manager. MTS is one of the region's largest agricultural producers. With over 150 thousand hectares, MTS grows 174,000 metric tons of grain and legumes, produces 20,000 tons of milk and 4000 tons of meat per year. MTS has over 300 agricultural machines allowing MTS to provide agricultural services to over 200 farmers every year.

We set up its headquarters in the United Arab Emirates with a strategic vision to build a strong presence in the country. Currently we have 40 employees. Subsidiary of the Company established in Turkmenistan and Russia. I managed implementation of Legal Documents; such are Agreements with local Banks and Authorities, Business & Operational procedures. 200 Kiosks are live in Turkmenistan and 400 Kiosks in UAE. Network of Payment Kiosks under brand ManGo (www.mango.tm) with its own processing system. We own and manage full circle of integration of new services and offering it to customer on the market. Daily we serve 80,000+ people in UAE and Turkmenistan. FMW System is integrated with major local and international entities (Money Remittance Systems, Mobile and Payment Service Providers and other). Business Development, Operational and Logistic Departments are reporting to me. FMW e-wallet (ManGo e-wallet) – we are developing our own e-wallet solution with 2,000+ services integrated, including e-payments, mobile recharge and money transfers systems. Shall be launched in January 2015 as Mob app (IOS, Android) and Web. In 2011 I have presented ManGo e-payment Kiosks solution to Western Union (UAE team) and was able to finalise the Agreements, integration with WU team. Service Westrn Union is integrated into ManGo platform and operational within ManGo Payment Kiosks in the UAE. All Presentations, negotiations, Agreement and Operational part (KYC, AML, GUI of the interface) successfully managed. Other major partners such are Road and Transport Authority, Charity Organisations, Major Exchange Houses, Mobile Operators and integrators and other direct partners and service providers are life in ManGo platform. Have done speaches and presentations during few major Conferences and Exhibitions; such are Gitex (2012 & 2014, Dubai), Global Summit of Entrepreneurs (2012, Dubai), Connected World Forum (2012, Dubai), Annual Customer Engagement Technology Conference (2013, Dubai).
