The aim was to start blasting and construction works in the offshore area before any nuclear concrete works. Project: Gas Treatment Plant for Chinarevskoe oil and gas field. Scope: More than 20 buildings and structures including combined purpose 4 level pipe rack. Main duties and achievements: responsible for 20 buildings and several major plant pipe racks scope of supply starting from bids placements till the successful construction works completion; negotiating and providing inputs during suppliers bidding and contracting; review, expertize and approval of all technical documentation related to the scope of supply (contract documents, drawings, calculations, models, specifications, for basic and detail design up to as-builds) monitoring changes in scope and raise change notifications for the clients approval; compile engineering data and perform dimensional and routine calculations as a cross check of design contractors work; ensure the project documentation complies with state/company standards and best-known engineering practices; provide written reports based on findings from studies, structural analyses and condition assessments; keep project manager apprised of activities and concerns; coordinate work with other disciplines; ensure overall project schedule compliance; attend and participating in kick-off, design review and other meetings with suppliers.

Project: Plant to produce purified terephthalic acid and polyethylene terephthalate. I have accompanied PMC team, participated during pre-FEED, and FEED stages. Total project budget as per cost estimation class IV - 2200 Million USD. Main duties are the same as for Rheinmetall international engineering Gmbh.

Project: “Sakhalin – 1”. Client - Exxon Neftegas, Ltd. Project includes two onshore and one offshore oil and gas fields, onshore processing facility, and pipeline transportation system. I was taking care of project renovations, performing brownfield engineering and design. Main duties: • support and assist the Lead CSA Engineer to effectively complete the projects, participating in job scheduling and progress reporting of all engineering activities; • participating in negotiations and meetings with a client; • support and manage CAD drafters and designers to perform design works; • make up, maintain requisitions for materials, and fabricated items; • ensures that all companies and subcontractors civil structural and architectural drawings and documents are complied with corporative procedures and Russian standards and codes. • coordination with other disciplines and between contractors; • performing engineering calculations, reports and analysis models for new and reconstructed civil and structural designs; • preparation and review of drawings, schedules and documents necessary for fabrication and installation of new structures, ensuring all relevant specifications and codes are complied with; • ensuring design activities are produced in a timely and cost effective manner; • mentoring Junior Engineers, designers and CAD drafters; • writing installation procedures, construction work packs, technical reports, concept / FEED Studies, MTO’s and package specifications; • communicating with vendors, fabricators, operation and construction personnel as required to ensure asset modifications are executed in a planned and coordinated manner.

Project: “Sakhalin – 2”. Client - Sakhalin Energy Investment Company, Ltd. Project consists of three offshore oil and gas production platforms, an Onshore Processing Facility and a LNG Export Terminal, all located in Russia’s Far East. I was participating as a part of civil structural brownfield engineering team, making up revamps for new pipelines, replacement of old equipment, etc. Main duties are the same as for Fluor Daniel Eurasia, Inc.

Key projects: • “CPC Expansion Project”. Caspian Pipeline Consortium, LTD. Scope of work for this project includes oil transportation pipeline, 10 pumping stations located in Kazakhstan and Russia. Project budget 5400 Million USD. I participated with civil and structural design of main oil pumping buildings and firefighting buildings; • “The Expansion of the Pipeline System Eastern Siberia – Pacific Ocean”. TRANSNEFT, JSC. The project includes three oil-pumping stations and a pipeline. My input was to design main oil pumping buildings, all framed buildings and main pipe rack; • “Verkhnechonskoye oil and gas condensate field”. TNK-BP, JSC. Project includes nine onshore oil & gas field blocks, crude oil treating plant, onshore facility and a park of reservoir tanks. My role was to participate in design of biggest framed buildings and pipe rack; • “Southern Hylchuya Oil and Gas Condensate Field”. LUKOIL, JSC. Project includes 13 onshore oil & gas fields, central oil collecting point, power plant of 125 megawatt, offshore oil loading terminal. My role was to design structures of combined administrative and residential building and main multi-level pipe rack. Main duties: • performing buildings, structures and foundations design activities starting from sketches moving to detail design and finalizing red-line drawings; • working out sketches, drawings, 3D models, structural calculations and material take-off lists; • team coordination while performing dedicated projects (up to 3 people); • technical guidance and assistance especially to less experienced engineers and designers; • site supervision and surveying to ensure that all construction works are being done in accordance with approved design; • presentation of projects in local as well as in state authorities for approval.

As a part of engineering and surveying team, I was involved in several mid-sized, residential, commercial and industrial projects. Key project: “Detailed design of hydrocracking column foundation”. Novokuibyshevsk Refinery. ROSNEFT, JSC. Column deadweight 782 tons. Main duties: • surveying and making up the technical condition reports for existing buildings and structures; • perform analysis and verification of existing structures, detecting necessary measures to restrain structures, as well as completely new design; • working out sketches, detailed drawings and requisitions for materials of both newly built and reconstructed facilities.
